Software Engineer · Alor Setar, Malaysia
I'm a software engineer in my final year of a Computer Science degree in Malaysia, working full-time while finishing my studies. My days are spent building production ERP systems and multi-agent AI pipelines at Artiselite; my evenings go into EstateOps, a property management platform I'm building for Ethiopian real estate.
I work across the full stack in TypeScript, Python, and Go, and I care a lot about type safety, reproducible deployments, and APIs that don't lie to their clients. Lately I've been deep in multi-agent systems, orchestrating networks of specialized agents that replace tedious manual workflows in ways that actually hold up in production. Outside of work I'm learning distributed systems (consensus, replication, the stuff that breaks at scale) and picking up a systems language to understand what's happening closer to the metal.
Experience
- Deployed and maintained production applications and databases using CI/CD pipelines with AWS ECR and Portainer, reducing manual deployment effort by 10%.
- Optimized query performance across multiple pages, reducing latency by up to 50%, significantly improving application responsiveness.
- Developed and integrated a multi-agent agentic platform for 3-way matching within an ERP system, building a multi-layer agent system using Pydantic AI as a dedicated microservice, reducing human verification effort by 90%.
- Collaborated with developers to build and deliver a full ERP management system for a scaffolding company, covering inventory management, work order processing, purchase requests, and end-to-end scaffolding workflow management.
- Identified and reported critical security vulnerabilities (token stored in local storage) and business logic issues during QA/QC, strengthening platform security and reliability.
- Automated local database seeding, cutting environment setup time by 10% and simplifying onboarding for new developers.
- Authored and maintained 5+ pages of technical documentation and debugging guidelines, improving onboarding efficiency for future interns and developers.
- Collaborated with developers to enhance platform performance by optimizing component rendering.
Projects
A full-stack Ethiopian property management ERP platform covering property, unit, tenant, lease, and payment management with multi-organization RBAC support.
- Built a type-safe backend using Bun, ElysiaJS, and Drizzle ORM with PostgreSQL, implementing end-to-end type safety from database to API to client via Eden Treaty.
- Implemented authentication and multi-organization support using Better Auth, with granular role-based access control (owner, manager, member, tenant) enforced on both frontend and backend.
- Designed and integrated a CI/CD pipeline using GitHub Actions with PostgreSQL service containers and AWS S3-compatible storage, ensuring fully secret-driven, zero-hardcoded configuration.
- Built a localized frontend with React (TanStack Start), Tailwind CSS v4, and Shadcn UI, with Ethiopian Calendar support and Amharic language toggling.
A university marketplace platform for students to buy and sell academic materials, textbooks, and campus essentials, built as a final year project.
- Built a full-stack solution with a Vue.js frontend and Express + PostgreSQL backend.
- Implemented user authentication, product listings, in-app messaging, and responsive design.
- Conducted end-to-end testing to deliver a fully functional, user-friendly platform.
